H.O. Bell Building
This 1930s auto dealer and repair shop was converted into office space and condominiums. With sandblasted concrete exterior walls and many salvaged materials, this former Ford dealership, located in an urban area, emulates the loft living/urban infill trend we have seen in other cities across the country. We worked to LEED energy standards to ensure a highly efficient building.
