Before breaking ground on a new project, we work closely with each client and our design team. We excel at communication, and make sure our clients are involved through each phase of construction. Each project is managed by a dedicated Scariano Construction project manager who serves as the point person for the client, architect, and craftspeople. We work closely with design professionals creating a clear, comprehensive plan that reflects the client’s priorities and commitment to enduring quality. We facilitate the permit process, oversee inspections, source materials, and are in constant contact with subcontractors and staff to make sure that work is completed on-schedule and on-budget.
We know that the construction process can be complicated and demanding. Our decades of experience and client-centered approach ensure each project will move smoothly from start to finish.
From 1994 to 2019, we have won 14 Montana State Historic Preservation Awards, a telling indicator of our commitment to quality work. Recent projects include restaurants, government agencies, retail spaces, industrial spaces, medical facilities, non-profits, farm & ranch properties, large-scale residential units, and energy upgrades, as well as family homes.
