Arts & Crafts Makeover transformed an uninviting 1980s structure into a warm, character-rich home rooted in the Arts & Crafts style.

Working with MMW Architects, the project reshaped both the interior and exterior experience of the home. Inside, new nooks and carefully considered spaces were created to highlight the client’s artwork collection, giving the home a more personal and layered feel. Outside, the design connects more naturally with the surrounding landscape, replacing the original cookie-cutter impression with something more grounded and intentional.

Scariano’s craftspeople also custom-built several defining features, including the front door, entry light, and battered-stone foundation. Together, those details helped give the home a stronger sense of permanence, texture, and architectural identity.
