Brick Bungalow restored a long-used investment property into a warm, personal home designed around the owner’s next chapter.

After years of tenant wear, the project required extensive refurbishment while also adapting the home for modern living. Working with MMW Architects, the renovation expanded the kitchen and bath areas, giving the owner — an avid baker — a kitchen built for both utility and comfort.

Previously unusable attic space was converted into a flexible loft for overflow guests, complete with skylights and hammock placements that frame views across Missoula. With professional design and decoration throughout, the finished home feels inviting, functional, and deeply personal.
