Canvas Church’s new Missoula worship center transformed a temporary congregation setup into a dedicated space for worship, staff, families, and daily operations.

The project centers around a main worship hall with a media control platform for sound, lighting, photography, and video production. Supporting spaces include technical rooms, editing space, offices, daycare rooms, restrooms, family areas, play spaces, and a conference room — all designed to help the church function throughout the week, not just during services.

Construction required careful coordination with neighboring tenants who remained open during the project, with much of the work completed during off-hours to limit disruption. Acoustic performance was addressed with K-13 ceiling insulation to help contain service noise within the worship hall, while lighting and power were completed in partnership with J&M Electric.
