This University District small project updated two bathrooms and a laundry area inside an older Missoula home, bringing more function, storage, and finish quality to a compact footprint.

The main-floor bathroom was taken down to the studs and rebuilt with new fixtures, hardware, vanity, storage, and finishes that give the room a cleaner, more timeless feel. Downstairs, our team framed and built a new bathroom where one had not existed before, adding everyday flexibility for a busy family home.

While modest in scale, the project shows how focused updates can make a meaningful difference. Warm wood tones, handmade tile, brass and black fixtures, and carefully planned storage helped each space feel more complete, useful, and considered.
