Originally a childhood home, this Rocky Point property was rebuilt as a year-round Flathead Lake retreat for family gatherings.

Designed by Davis Walker Designs, the renovation was taken to the studs and rebuilt with new systems, upgraded insulation, and high-performance windows and doors. Inside, August & Stone shaped a warm interior palette that contrasts the cooler tones of the lake and Mission Mountains.

The main level opens the living, dining, and kitchen spaces toward the water, while the lower level adds three bedrooms and expanded guest amenities. Outdoor living was also central to the project, with a large upper deck, a more private lower terrace, and a custom railing system by Drop Cut Fabrication Mfg. to preserve open views across Flathead Lake.

The finished home carries forward the memories of the original property while making it more comfortable, efficient, and ready for year-round use.
