Built from the ground up on a bare lot in Missoula’s Rattlesnake neighborhood, The Ramon Street Modern began with collaboration well before construction. We helped the homeowners navigate the lending process with Stockman Bank, compare crawl space and basement options, align the project with their budget, and work alongside NC Designs Studio as the plan and material selections took shape.
Designed for single-level living, the home centers around a kitchen, dining area and vaulted living room with an electric hearth. The primary suite occupies one side of the floor plan, while two bedrooms and two dedicated home offices sit opposite it. A spacious two-car garage opens into a practical everyday entry with ample storage for coats and gear.
Clean lines are balanced by warm materials, custom cabinetry, carefully considered lighting and selections largely led by the homeowners themselves. The primary bathroom includes a soaking tub, glass-walled shower, custom cabinetry and a circular window that echoes the vanity mirrors. Direct access leads to the backyard and patio, where the shape of the home creates privacy within the residential setting.
