This University District primary bathroom was taken down to the studs and rebuilt from a dated, heavily green space into a more functional and refined room for daily use.

The remodel added a dual vanity, dual shower heads, a new toilet, and a bidet while maintaining practical circulation within the existing footprint. Custom cabinetry by Linley’s Cabinet Co. brought better storage to the vanity and upper built-ins, while marble-look tile, French Antique hardware from Emtek, custom glass by TC Glass, and stonework by Integrity Granite gave the room a polished but timeless feel.

The finished bathroom feels brighter, easier to use, and more complete, with strong visual moments in the shower and vanity without overwhelming the older University District home around it.
