GOOD PEOPLE. SOLID WORK.
Since 1994, Scariano has been built by people who know how to plan, build, problem-solve, communicate, and keep showing up when the work gets complicated.
OUR TEAM
We believe construction works best when trust is built early and maintained through the whole process. That shows up in how we work with clients, architects, designers, trade partners, and each other. We take the work seriously, stay open to better ways of doing things, and try to leave every project — and every relationship — stronger than we found it.

Frank Scariano
Founder & President
Read Bio
Frank built Scariano Construction from the ground up, beginning in 1994, and still loves the work that he does each day. He started his career in California, working in financial services, but yearned for more tangible and satisfying work. When he found a job opening with a cabinet maker, he took a chance and switched paths to follow his passion.
Frank and his wife and sons moved to Missoula in 1993, finding the town a great environment to raise a family and an ideal place to start a construction business. Frank’s work days are a healthy mix of office and site-based work. He’ll check in with staff and subcontractors, meet with new clients to guide them through the construction process in an approachable and engaging way, and keep tabs on everything from small details to the big picture. He enjoys employing a great team of people who work together to create solutions and mutually support one another in pursuit of high-quality work and excellent client relationships.
Frank’s Montana roots date back to his mother’s family’s homestead in eastern Montana, and he continues to put down roots in the Missoula community. He enjoys giving back through service to the YMCA, Run Wild Missoula, the Missoula Food Bank, and Hellgate High School Cross Country. He is also Chair of the Foundation for the Missoula Public Library, and a member of the Snowbowl Ski Patrol.

Anthony Krolczyk
Director, Pre-Construction
Read Bio
Anthony grew up in Minnesota, inheriting the construction industry from both sides of his family: general contracting and commercial roofing. He grew up working in the family business, spending his summers roofing, but also backpacking in the Beartooth Mountains, which is how he fell in love with Montana.
He earned degrees in business management and marketing from the University of Montana. After graduation, Anthony gained experience in the sports nutrition and tech industries, but always yearned to get back to construction. When he met Frank Scariano as a fellow Ski Patrol volunteer, he found his opportunity.
Anthony brings excellent communication skills and a strong sense of team to his work each day. He thrives on creative problem-solving as he ensures that each part of the job comes together on schedule, at the right cadence, and within the scope of work.
He and his wife — who is also in the trades — are proud parents of two young daughters. Off the clock, he loves to cook, and pursues classic Montana hobbies: fly fishing, skiing, camping, and hiking.

Kaden Sukut
Director, Operations
Read Bio
As Director of Operations, Kaden oversees Scariano’s team of project managers and site supervisors, as well as leading talent acquisition, finding and implementing new software, and troubleshooting and sequencing projects. A people-driven person, Kaden’s favorite part of the workday is working directly with clients, employees, and the Scariano leadership team. He brings optimistic yet pragmatic energy to any interaction.
Kaden grew up in the Great Falls, Montana area, and followed his older brother to Montana Tech for a degree in Civil Engineering. He knew early on that he was passionate about the construction side of the field, and after graduation gained experience working in Bozeman and Big Sky on high-end residential projects. To be closer to family and the beauty of the Five Valleys area, he and his wife settled in Missoula. In 2023, he began his career at Scariano. From the start, he was impressed with the company’s upbeat, positive attitude, which complements his own energetic, people-centered approach.
Off the clock, Kaden enjoys spending time on the golf course & with his wife and their Australian shepherd. He is also a major Griz football fan.

Erin Campbell
Controller

Erin brings a thoughtful mix of financial expertise, operational thinking, and people-focused leadership to her role at Scariano. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work before building a career in accounting and operations within fast-moving, detail-heavy environments. After more than a decade in the field, she returned to school to complete her Master’s in Accounting.
As Controller, Erin oversees accounting, financial reporting, and supports the operations team where needed. She’s drawn to work that balances big-picture thinking with the details, and enjoys creating clarity in complex situations. Whether she’s refining a process, helping the team better understand the numbers, or connecting what’s happening in the field to the financial side of the business, Erin brings a goal-oriented and practical approach grounded in care for the people around her.

She loves simple routines, getting outside, cooking, reading, crossword puzzles, game nights, musicals, and making people laugh. Luke Bican
Project Manager
Read Bio
Luke brings a rare blend of hands-on trade experience, military leadership, and business acumen to his role at Scariano. He began working in construction at 15 as a general laborer, steadily taking on more responsibility while learning the fundamentals of multiple trades. After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving four years with deployments to Iraq and Kuwait. Following his service, he returned to construction, working in high-end residential remodeling while pursuing higher education.
Luke earned his undergraduate degree from Baldwin Wallace University, double majoring in Business Management and Accounting, and later completed an MBA with a specialization in Business Analytics. After time working in accounting for the Department of Defense, he realized his passion remained in construction and transitioned back into the field as a Project Manager—a role he’s held for several years. At Scariano, Luke oversees personnel management, subcontractor and material coordination, and client communication. His field background allows him to understand jobsite realities, while his Marine Corps leadership experience shapes a people-first approach grounded in clear communication and respect for how individuals learn and stay motivated.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their two dogs. He’s passionate about fishing, hunting, and hiking, and he and his wife volunteer with dog rescues by fostering dogs. Guided by his faith and family, Luke is driven—both personally and professionally—by helping people define and work toward their own version of success.

Joseph Ryan
Superintendent
Read Bio
Joe grew up in Arlee, Montana helping at his dad’s construction company from boyhood through high school. To begin his career, he joined the Carpenters Union and worked on job sites across the Pacific Northwest. After traveling for several years, Joe had the opportunity to return home and contributed to several exciting projects in Missoula including the Washington Grizzly stadium expansion, the Skaggs Building, and the Law Building on the University of Montana campus. The remainder of his career has been spent in Missoula mastering his carpentry skills building custom homes and remodels.
The friendly work environment and diverse projects at Scariano Construction has made for a great match. Easy to work with, yet detail-oriented, Joe’s goal is to keep job sites happy, running smoothly and on time. He runs multiple crews simultaneously and still enjoys “putting on bags” onsite when needed. Finish carpentry is his specialty, particularly trim and cabinetry. He brings over 20 years of construction experience to the job site and has been with Scariano since 2024.
After hours, Joe can be found playing pick-up basketball, spending time with family in Arlee or at Flathead Lake, taking annual road trips to San Diego, enjoying time with his wife and daughters or working on his classic 1970 K5 Blazer.

Keith Reicherter
Superintendent
Read Bio
Keith brings a lifetime of experience to Scariano jobsites. He owned a highly rated construction company in his home state of Kansas, gaining expertise in every area of construction from concrete to finish work, and is now bringing these skills to Scariano projects.
As a little kid, Keith’s dad would find him driving nails into the ground, and that love of the trades has persisted. Keith especially enjoys framing, the camaraderie of the crew, and the satisfaction of building from the ground up. He also enjoys a challenge, and understands how precision at the start makes each subsequent step easier and higher quality. Being able to see several moves ahead, and making sure that the work aligns with his clients’ vision, means that a job Keith runs will go smoothly and efficiently.
In his down time, since he’s relatively new to Montana, Keith has been exploring his new home: floating the rivers, taking mountain hikes, and spending time with his family.
