Daly Revival restored a 1910 University District home after decades of neglect and deferred maintenance, bringing its original character back into focus while making the house more functional for modern living.
Layer by layer, the renovation uncovered and revived the details that made the home worth saving: polished brass hardware, refinished original woodwork, restored coffered ceilings, and a kitchen reimagined with modern features while preserving its historic feel.
The project also included a new breezeway and replacement garage, designed to better support the property while leaving room for a vegetable garden. The finished home feels true to its past, but ready for everyday life again.
